Where is your shop? Can I visit?

We are open at 46 Maginhawa Street, Teachers’ Village, Quezon City, from Tuesdays to Saturdays, 12-6 PM. We are open to visitors, two persons at a time, wearing masks and face shields. If you are a group of three or more, we cannot admit you in all at the same time. This is to protect you and our staff in the wake of rising Covid cases.

For safer art materials shopping, please order online at artwhale.ph, and take advantage of our delivery services.

What are your modes of payment?

We accept bank transfers via BPI, BDO and Security Bank, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, credit card and cash upon personal pick-up at the store. COD is not an option at the moment.

What are your modes of delivery? How much?

We deliver everywhere in the Philippines. Our courier partners are JRS, Sonic, and LBC, while our usual motorcycle courier partners are Grab and Lalamove for larger items. Costs are computed based on your distance from our Maginhawa Street, QC shop, but please know that we do not profit from delivery fees.

For aerosol products, please note that we can only ship these within Luzon at the moment. We will make an announcement when we can deliver sprays everywhere in the Philippines already.

How will I know if my order has been seen and delivered?

Please check your email. The automatic reply that is sent in your inbox serves as confirmation that we have received your order. Our staff, who work from Tuesdays-Saturdays, 12-6 PM, will communicate via email for your delivery status.

Do you do rush or same-day shipping?

Please give our staff at least one (1) working day (more depending on the volume of orders and season) to pack your orders, and book your couriers the following working day. This is to avoid overwhelm and errors in your orders.

I placed my order Saturday evening/Sunday/this Monday. Where is my update?

Our operations staff observes weekends from Saturday evenings-Mondays. We do not check emails nor process orders during this time. Our working hours are Tuesdays-Saturdays, 12-6 PM.

Can I just place an order via DMs?
